For lovers of good drinking, a list of local and italian wines is dedicated to accompany every type of meal.
The dish you must eat is the fondue of meat, fish and cheese served with 6 types of sauces: senape, curry, tartare, rose and green, in addition to the sides, such as french fries, porcini mushrooms, vegetables in vinegar, carrots and steamed courgette.
